How We Formed

Having spent several successful years in the early part of my career in the Automotive, Aerospace and Consulting industries I had become acutely aware of what I believed was a gap in the market for providing high quality management consulting and training at reasonable rates whilst delivering significant value to prospective clients, a combination which many lay claim to but few provide. Taking a long term view and building key strategic relationships with clients has always been a cornerstone of my vision for Spitfire and to this day I believe our track record bears that out.

How We Evolved

In order to deliver our original vision, I recognised that the key to that success would be simply through employing senior people whose skills, beliefs, and values truly matched the niche we had identified. Through the network of contacts I had established in my early career I had already the core of a team (particularly from Nissan and Toyota) who possessed exceptional experience and delivery skills, but as importantly would also fit our company values. In my view consultants and trainers should have an unparalled amount of experience in delivering their subject matter. It is only by having this experience that widely available tools and techniques can be adapted and sustained with different clients in different industry sectors.

Through the creation of the Spitfire Way we have subsequently successfully delivered:

Our Vision Going Forward

Our vision over the coming years is to build upon our extremely strong foundations by growing our client and delivery base, deepening our client relationships and leading our field by continually innovating our products and services. We will grow our team whilst maintaining the very high standards we demand, thus creating more capability to service our clients globally.
