2021 Mullhemah Virtual Event

Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women’s achievements on the International Women’s Day.

At Spitfire, we are committed to taking action for equality and raising awareness against bias. For the International Women’s Day, our team help forge an inclusive world.

As part of this, we’re taking part in the 2021 Mullhemah Programme and working together with ISE Saudi Arabia, our Partners and international colleagues to support women’s achievements. This is aimed at inspiring and empowering our existing and future female leaders.

We spoke about the importance of setting career goals in the context of a broader life vision and purpose that leads to even greater levels of fulfilment.

The Mullhemah team shared how inspired they were on the virtual event learning, where passion and motivation come from and how to make better informed career decisions.
