Spitfire has deployed its considerable expertise in the railway industry to help a leading train manufacturer get on track for project success.

The Spitfire team were appointed to help the manufacturer accomplish a delivery to service project for its new trains. Thanks to extensive railways experience, Spitfire was the natural partner and the ideal choice to take the lead on programme management and project leadership.    

Under the programme management remit, Spitfire's consultancy excellence was leveraged to set up improved processes and manage the modifications programme. Developing and rolling out new processes across the manufacturer's business units was especially key as this ensured compliance right through to the completion of the programme.
