Elliot founded Spitfire in 2003 and has more than 20 years’ experience helping organisations improve performance. Drawing on a background in engineering, manufacturing and consultancy, he helps leaders create clarity, engage people and deliver sustainable change that works in daily practice.
Ray is Spitfire’s CEO and Managing Partner, bringing deep operational excellence experience from Toyota and more than two decades with Spitfire. He works with ambitious leaders to build inclusive teams, strengthen performance and deliver sustainable transformation across complex global organisations.
Ruth is Spitfire’s CFO and a qualified ACCA accountant, with over 16 years’ experience supporting the business. She brings financial leadership, commercial discipline and operational insight, helping ensure Spitfire is positioned for sustainable growth and long-term client impact.
Charlie is a Partner at Spitfire, focused on building trusted client relationships and leading growth. He brings extensive experience delivering transformation across infrastructure, financial services and nuclear, combining commercial insight with a practical focus on performance, capability and sustainable client value.
Marc is a Partner at Spitfire, with extensive experience leading transformation across rail, infrastructure, construction, defence and manufacturing. His engineering background and practical approach help leadership teams improve programme delivery, strengthen performance and build the capability needed to achieve lasting outcomes.
Stephen is a Director at Spitfire, specialising in the people side of transformation. Drawing on experience across healthcare, aerospace and defence, he helps leaders build the will, behaviours and practical capability needed to make change meaningful, sustained and embedded.
Harry is a Director at Spitfire, helping leadership teams turn strategy into measurable operational and commercial performance. Drawing on senior global leadership roles at JCB, he combines Lean discipline, commercial strategy and international growth experience to deliver sustainable results.
Darren is a Principal at Spitfire, with 28 years’ experience delivering change across complex organisations. He helps clients embed improvement at business, operational and people levels, combining hands-on delivery, training and mentoring to create lasting performance improvement.
Yian is a Principal at Spitfire, bringing nearly three decades of experience with Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK. He helps organisations embed operational improvement, strengthen frontline management and develop people through practical Lean coaching, value stream thinking and sustainable business transformation.
