“It was the final of three scheduled coaching sessions with a new client of mine. We had been making some progress to date around how they managed a particular problematic relationship in work.

With my constant belief in possibility for my client and ambition for their fulfilled potential - I carefully checked in with myself to manage my expectations to stay balanced as possible in our forthcoming chat. I was aware there’d been some useful insights our previous sessions which had raised big questions for them and I was keen to see how they were when they returned with a desire of getting to a good place come the end for this third and final session.

Into the room they came.
